* The NT Government have added Byron Shire as a new COVID-19 hotspot. It comes after a new locally acquired case was announced coming from the region, while two new cases were announced in Qld today.
* Central Australian Aboriginal Congress have said the Aboriginal community throughout Central Australia are eager to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and Congress clinics in Mbantwe Alice Springs, as the Aboriginal health service starts rolling out the vaccine from their clinics.
* Alice Springs Town councillor Catherine Satour has said there has been a high level of engagement with the Aboriginal community at a council level to reduce youth crime in the town.
* And in sport, the AFL has had to reshuffle its draw due to the current outbreak of coronavirus in Queensland with the league monitoring the situation.
