Minister discusses tourism and juvenile anti-social behaviour in Central Australia

The Gunner Labor government is hoping to attract more interstate school tour groups to travel to the Northern Territory as part of ongoing efforts to help sustain local businesses.

Speaking at the Earth Sanctuary, a popular tourist attraction south of Mbantua Alice Springs that operates primarily on renewable energy, Dale Wakefield the NT minister for renewables, energy and essential services says interstate school groups that choose to travel to the Territory will receive a financial incentive.

The member for Braitling also commented about ongoing efforts to reduce Youth Anti-social behaviour, adding that local feedback from the community has been welcomed.

The Minister for Territory Familys says she is pleased to see agencies working together to keep the community safe.
