Alice Springs on Vogue Magazine

A photograph by Toni-Louise Lord, an Arrentre/Yankunytjatjara woman living in Alice Springs, has made its way onto the cover of Vogue Magazine.

Ms Lord's photograph featured on Vogue as part of, 'the best #VogueChallenge images from Australia and NZ'.

The VogueChallenge which featured black models as part of the global Black Lives Matter movement, challenge a perceived lack of diversity in the fashion and beauty spheres, in front of, and behind, the camera.

Toni-Louise spoke to CAAMA Radio to share the message behind her image.
