* Aboriginal voices have had  a strong presence in the recent fracking inquiry according to the head of a new campaign that's urging the Northern Territory Government to hold a referendum on whether to ban the practice. 

* A new range of resources to  help prevent choking has been  translated into 5 different Aboriginal languages, by The Central Australia Health Service.

* One of the largest gender-specific initiatives in Australia has pledged $100,000 in support of leadership development amongst Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women.
