In today's bulletin: 

* A report by the NT Children's Commissioner has found a two-year-old girl, who was allegedly sexually assaulted in Tennant Creek earlier this year, was at a "foreseeable risk of harm".

* A Western Australian based Nyoongar Human Rights Award winner has urged  the states police to engage in greater cultural  awareness training to help reduce the aggressive and violent  actions taken against his people.

* & A set of research projects aiming to improve dementia detection and treatment in various Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities will begin later this year.
