With the 10th anniversary of the Howard Governments intervention into Northern Territory Aboriginal communities approaching on the 21st of June, Aboriginal rights campaigners and supporters are reminding Australians that little has changed for Aboriginal people despite the huge  amount of taxpayer funded government  solutions.
