Residents in the Northern Territory town of Katherine, 270 kilometres southeast of Darwin, are finally being offered some relief by the Turnbull Government after living without clean water for several months.

In local news Northern Territory Police have moved to justify use of the tactical response group during  Operation Shulton, a whole of  government strategy to tackle youth anti social behaviour and other crime  during the summer school holidays.

Traditional owners at Ntaria Hermannsberg 125 kms west of Alice Springs say a Northern Territory Government investment into the community means the history of the area can now be preserved for future generations.
