Peak Aboriginal organisations in the Northern Territory  including the two main land councils , medical and legal services  have criticised the Prime Ministers  decision to  include the  Giles CLP government in the development of the Royal  Commission’s terms of reference into the abuse of children in detention.

Central Land Council Director David Ross says while Royal Commissions  generally do a very good in most cases... it is governments that fail to implement the recommendations...

 Veteran Central Australian Aboriignal  rights campaigner Vince Forrester  says the global community is watching on.....
