BLACK LIVES MATTER at a Melbourne rally

People from all over Melbourne gathered in front of the stairs of the State Library of Victoria with a crowd close to 3,500 to stand up against the fatal shootings involving black African Americans and police.

Arrente women Celeste Liddle told CAAMA Radio the solidarity shown by the broader Melbourne community was very important and also highlighted the deaths of Aboriginal people in police custody.
