Government should be asking “How do blackfella’s do things ?"

The chair of the Prime Ministers Indigenous Advisory Council says Government and bureaucrats would achieve better business outcomes with Aboriginal and Torres strait Islanders if it had a better understanding of how they work within their own cultural boundaries .

Warren Mundine who was re appointed to the position following the change in leadership says there will be some changes as to how the council operates under Mr Turnbull

Speaking on CAAMA Radio Mr Mundine acknowledged that there are still massive cultural and language gaps which are making it difficult for Aboriginal people to move into a western style business economy.
