The Nganampa Anwernekenhe Series aims to preserve Indigenous languages and cultures. Nganampa Anwernekenhe also provides an opportunity for Indigenous filmmakers to work on an Indigenous language television series.

All program ideas will be selected on strong cultural stories and exhibit a high level of creative ambition.

The programs produced will be 50% traditional and 50% mixed and regionally spread.

Each program will be 90% in Indigenous language with English Subtitles.

Each Nganampa Anwernekenhe program must have an Indigenous Australian in the key creative roles which include Writer, Director, Cinematographer and Sound Recordist.

CAAMA Productions is the owner of copyright in all Nganampa Anwernekenhe programs produced and that payment for the programming by Imparja Television only entitles Imparja Television to program rights.

CAAMA Productions guarantees that sales of any episode or sales to a third party will only happen once Imparja Television has aired that program, or the contract of sale to a third party will clearly state that the program is only available to be aired once Imparja has premiered the program within its broadcast region.

CAAMA Productions provides the CAAMA Board and Imparja CEO with story lines for approval prior to programs being commissioned.
