On today’s program:

• Story 1: Award winning author Bunurong, Yuin and Tasmanian Aboriginal man Bruce Pascoe was recently in Alice Springs as part of the talk and ideas section of the 2019 Parrtjima Festival. Mr Pascoe came into CAAMA to share his story.

• Story 2: The Federal Election has been announced for the 18th of May. Now that the date has been set the Australian Electoral Commission have announced their campaign to ensure people are enrolled and able to have their say.

• Story 3: Colonial Fantasy is a book that explores why white Australia can’t solve black problems. Colonial Fantasy was written by Professor Sarah Maddison who spoke with The Wire about the book.
