* We hear about the coronal findings of a Torres Strait Islander man in who died in the custody of police in 2016. It was found that police acted unlawfully and had little understanding of their own powers. We’ll be hearing from the Principal legal officer from NAAJA’s David Woodroffe.

* We also had a visit from Federal Shadow Treasurer Chris Bowen and Federal Shadow Finance Minister Jim Chalmers. They are both in Alice Springs on what they have called a watching and listening tour of communities in the Territory. We hear what they’ve experienced & learned from their travels.

* And we also hear from Yamitji woman and social worker Reggie Richardson she is the recent recipient of the Puggy Hunter Memorial Scholarship awarded to those who are achieving undergraduate students in health-related disciplines and assists them in complete their studies.
