The Federal Minister for Indigenous Health and Minister for Aged Care - Noongar man Ken Wyatt announced $25 million worth of funding for the expansion of remote renal clinics, allowing more Aboriginal people in Central Australia suffering from kidney disease the opportunity to receive dialysis on country or as near to their communities as possible..

The $25 million will be used in support of the highly successful Western Desert Dialysis - also known as Purple House, who provide 70 per cent of Central Australian dialysis services through out the Northern Territory, South Australia and Western Australia….
