Containing Levels Of Trachoma In Remote Communities

Emma Standford worked as a policy adviser to two Federal Health Ministers, and as Executive Officer for the Association of Australian Medical Research Institutes. Emma is currently a Research Fellow in the Indigenous Eye Health at Melbourne University and works in policy development & advocacy attempting to reduce cases of trachoma.

She has visited Mbantwe Alice Springs on one of her regular trips to work with communities through Central Australia to reduce the condition and she speaks here to CAAMA’s Philippe Perez.
