Claire G. Coleman is a Noongar woman whose family have belonged to the south coast of Western Australia long before our  history started being recorded.

Claire, who was born in Perth, away from her ancestral country  has lived most of her life in Victoria and most of that in and around Melbourne.

During an extended circuit of the continent and  influenced by certain experiences gained on the road,  she wrote the novel.,"Terra Nullius"  which won her a Black&Write! Indigenous Writing Fellowship.

"Terra Nullius" is published by Hachette Australia and will be available in North America in 2018 with Small Beer Press.
