The Prime Ministers unscheduled visit to Central Australia has raised suspicions from the Garrwa/Yanyuwa Labor Senator Malarndirri McCarthy about its real purpose.

The PM was in Tennant Creek just over two weeks ago on a visit that was well known to the media, public and the locals, but this visit hosted by Warlpiri woman and Alice Springs Town Councillor Jacinta Price, was kept in private.

Speaking to CAAMA news, Senator McCarthy says the Prime Minister needs to clarify whether this visit was an opportunity to campaign a particular candidate or is he here for genuine engagement…
