Peter Clark is the Melbourne retiree who helped the Noongar woman and single mother of five who was jailed by West Australian police after calling them to assist her in a domestic violent situation. Instead of providing assistance, the police ran a background check finding a warrant for the woman’s arrest for unpaid fines dating back to 2012.
The fines, in relation to an unregistered dog had accumulated to almost $4,000. Mr Clark tells CAAMA what inspired him to help…
