The 19thRemote Indigenous Media Festival was held from the 25th to the 30th of September in the remote community of Irrunytju, near the tri-state border of the Northern Territory, Western Australia & Southern Australia.
The gathering saw over 100 delegates attend to learn about different aspects of the media like drone journalism, animation, digital photography and podcasting. Workshops and forums on how communities can utilise these technologies saw people put together projects that will be used in their respective media organisations.
In this gallery we see delegates from NITV, PAW Media, TEABBA, 4MW, CAAMA, the CBAA as well as the surrounds of Irrunyju which provided a beautiful backdrop to the festivities.
