We previously spoke to Gerry Geogartos, Phd researcher into Australian deaths in custody and Convenor of The Human Rights Alliance, about the growing indigenous incaceration rates and numbers of deaths in custody. He said deaths in custody are not investigated enough and need to be inspected within the Criminal Justice system. He speaks to CAAMA Radio’s Nerida Currey more about this.
