CORPORATE SERVICES MANAGER

The Corporate Services Manager we are seeking will be experienced in managing various aspects of an organisation and will be appropriately qualified to take on this exciting role within an interesting Aboriginal multi-media organisation.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

• Human Resources – development, implementation and management of training, recruitment, staff benefit and resourcing policies. This also includes all aspects of employment and training management including employment contracts, conditions of service and career development management.
• OH&S management for the CAAMA Group.
• Asset Management including the development of maintenance, purchasing and divestment strategies for CAAMA Group assets including buildings, vehicles and equipment.
• Manage internal and external CAAMA projects including corporate and business events, maintenance programs etc.
• Develop and manage internal and external stakeholder communications.
  

CAAMA will support and train the right candidate.

An attractive remuneration package including 5 weeks annual leave is being offered.

CAAMA RADIO has the following position available:

  RIBS CO-ORDINATOR/TRAINER

Remote Indigenous Broadcast Services (RIBS) previously known as BRACS provides the technical means to assist Aboriginal people in preserving and strengthening unique culture and language.

CAAMA Radio provides both technical and training support to RIBS communities in Central Australia.   The Role of RIBS coordinator is to promote and coordinate the community RIBS facility and the effective use of RIBS equipment. Applicants with need a current NT driver’s licence, experience in community work, radio and/or video production experience and available to travel. Enthusiasm and the ability to work independently, or part of a strong team, is a must. Salary is dependent upon experience and skills.
